SIV Funds

The Australian government's Significant Investor Visa (SIV) provides high-net-worth migrant investors with a pathway to permanent residency. To qualify, individuals must make a minimum investment of AU$ 5 million over four years, which needs to be spread across a specific set of SIV-compliant investments.

NC Group is authorised as a trustee for SIV funds and can help set up and manage SIV funds.

Mandatory minimum investment of at least 20% ($500,000) into a venture capital or private equity fund. Our SIV funds can access to a the range of eligible Venture Capital Limited Partnership (VCLP) or one of the NC Groups VCLP that’s been created specifically for SIV and IV investors.

No property and development or land ownership, finance, insurance, construction or passive investments.

Mandatory minimum investment of at least 30% ($0.75 million) in a managed fund that invests in Australian Emerging Companies (“Small Caps”). Investments must focus on ASX-listed companies that have a market capitalisation of less than $500 million, however a maximum of 20% can be invested in Australian unlisted companies.

The Balancing Investment allows a maximum of 50% ($1.25 million) to be invested in managed funds investing in commercial property, corporate bonds or listed equities. The fund can access the large range of eligible Austrlian managed funds or the NC Group offers a select group of eligible managed funds in each asset classes.
